Who are we?

Faqtual is a small company based in Sydney, Australia.

Technically, the company is called Gyrotechnics Group Pty Ltd, because we sell a bunch of apps.

Our stuff has been used by millions of people, all over the world. We build software like Peach’s, Rocket, and Vanilla, and much more.

Who is we?

Faqtual was founded by Matthew Palmer, a software engineer who builds popular Mac apps and powerful SaaS.

Josie Turner is our customer service expert. She’s an Honours graduate in International Relations interested in cyber security.

Why are we doing this?

We believe that outstanding customer support is the best way for small businesses to stand out amongst megacorps and mass-produced products.

But, great customer support takes effort. And small business owners have a lot on their plates.

Faqtual is our effort to make great customer support easier for growing businesses.

We’re not selling AI chatbots that infuriate your customers. We’re trying to make your human customer support less of a drag.
